HRH Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud
Founder
 
HRH Prince Khalid bin Bandar begun his career working at the United Nations department of Political Affairs in New York. There he gained a unique perspective on policy and strategy development. Thereafter he attended Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. After Fletcher, he worked as an advisor at the Saudi Embassy in Washington. In 2006, he established Dayim and the companies first joint ventures in construction and security. Since his appointment as Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany in June 2017, he stepped down as Executive Chairman to focus on his new career as a diplomat and currently serves as the Saudi Ambassador to the United Kingdom.
HRH Prince Khalid bin Bandar graduated from Oxford University with a BA in the Oriental Studies degree in Islamic Civilization and later graduated from Sandhurst Military Academy as a commissioned officer.


Rida Hassan Saïd
Executive Chairman & Co-Founder
 
Mr. Rida Hassan Said is the Executive Chairman & Co-Founder of Dayim. He serves as a director on the board of Securitas Saudi Arabia, Hertz Dayim Equipment Rental Company KSA, Dayim Systems & Services, Dayim Punj Lloyd Contracting & Construction Co, Fraikin Dayim Truck Rental.  Prior to establishing Dayim Holdings, he worked for CNN International where he produced news and documentaries all over the Middle East and Gulf region, including Iraq and Saudi Arabia. He graduated in 2001 from Oxford University with a BA and Honorary MA in Oriental Studies and History.


David Latter
Group Managing Director
 
David Latter joined Dayim as Group Managing Director in 2007. David has nine years of experience in private equity with Apax Partners in London, where he worked on a range of large scale buy-outs in telecoms, technology and financial services. His transactions at Apax included the leveraged buyouts of Inmarsat, Intelsat, Travelex and Global Refund. Prior to Apax, David worked at Schroders in investment banking. He holds an MPhil in management studies from Cambridge University.
At Dayim Holdings, David overseas the strategic and operational management of the Group's joint ventures, investments and partnerships.


Lord Edward Spencer-Churchil
Director
 
Edward graduated from Cambridge University with an MA in Economics. He started his career as a management consultant at Bain & Company. In 1998 he joined Punch Taverns as Strategy Director where he was instrumental in growing Punch to become the largest pub owner in the UK. He stepped down from executive responsibilities at Punch in 2002 when he left to found Sun Capital Partners with his four co-founders. Sun Capital is a UK based private investment firm focused on financial services, property, retail and leisure. Edward is also a non-executive director of Capital Management and Investment plc.
Edward helped HRH Prince Khalid in founding Dayim and has been closely involved in the development of the business.


Dr. John Sfakianakis
Senior Advisor to the board
 
Dr. John Sfakianakis is the Chief Economist and Head of Research of the GRC and a Scholar at Pembroke College, University of Cambridge.
He was the Middle East Director for Ashmore, a FTSE 100 asset manager. At Ashmore he served as a member of the Investment Committee and a board member of the firm’s funds in Saudi Arabia, regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA). He was the Chief Investment Strategist of MASIC, one of the oldest family offices in Saudi Arabia. Previously he was the Chief Economist of Credit Agricole C.I.B. for the Middle East, Chief Economist and Group General Manager of Banque Saudi Fransi, Group Chief Economist of Saudi British Bank and Chief Regional Economist of Samba Financial Group.


Amit Marwah, CFA
Chief Investment Officer
 
Amit joined Dayim in 2009 and heads the investments and the strategic partnerships in Dayim. Amit has over 15 years of experience across Private Equity, Investment Banking & Strategy consulting in Middle East and India. Prior to joining Dayim, he has worked with organizations such as Mckinsey & Co as a management consultant, and Cushman & Wakefield in the Investment Banking division.
At Dayim Holdings, Amit overseas the new investment opportunities and strategic management of the Group's existing joint ventures, investments and partnerships and is currently serving as chief executive officer for DAYIM's truck rental division. Amit is a CFA Charterholders and holds an MBA in International Business from the prestigious Delhi School of Economics in India.
