Mr. Rida Hassan Saïd is the Executive Chairman & Co-Founder of Dayim Holdings. Dayim Holdings is the majority shareholder of Dayim Middle East Holdings, the parent company of Dayim Equipment and Dayim Trucks. He is chairman of the board of Securitas Saudi Arabia and Dayim Systems.

Prior to establishing Dayim Holdings, he worked for CNN International where he produced news and documentaries all over the Middle East and Gulf region, including Iraq and Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Saïd currently advises the Saudi Ambassador to the U.K. on all media related affairs.

He graduated in 2001 from Oxford University with a BA and MA in Middle Eastern History and Politics.

David Latter served as the Group Managing Director of Dayim Holdings from 2007 to 2023 overseeing the strategic and operational management of the Group's joint ventures, investments and partnerships and is currently a director on the board of Dayim Middle East Holdings.

David has nine years of experience in private equity with Apax Partners in London, where he worked on a range of large-scale buyouts in telecoms, technology and financial services. His transactions at Apax included the leveraged buyouts of Inmarsat, Intelsat, Travelex and Global Refund. Prior to Apax, David worked at Schroders in investment banking. He holds an MPhil in management studies from Cambridge University.

He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Purple Transform in the UK, which provides vision and network analytics solutions through its software platforms.

Edward graduated from Cambridge University with an MA in Economics. He started his career as a management consultant at Bain & Company. In 1998 he joined Punch Taverns as Strategy Director where he was instrumental in growing Punch to become the largest pub owner in the UK.

He stepped down from executive responsibilities at Punch in 2002 when he left to establish Sun Capital Partners with his four co-founders. Sun Capital is a UK based private investment firm focused on financial services, property, retail and leisure. Edward is also a non-executive director of Capital Management and Investment plc.

Amit joined Dayim in 2009 and led investments and strategic partnerships at Dayim until 2023. He has over 20 years of experience across private equity, investment banking, and strategy consulting in the Middle East and India. Before joining Dayim, he worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. and in the investment banking division of Cushman & Wakefield.

From 2009 to 2023, Amit was responsible for identifying new investment opportunities and managing the Group’s existing joint ventures, investments, and partnerships at Dayim Holdings. During this period, he played an instrumental role in setting up several joint ventures and businesses for Dayim, contributing to the company’s expansion and strategic growth.

He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Dayim's truck rental business. Amit is a CFA charter holder and holds an MBA in International Business from the prestigious Delhi School of Economics in India.
